Academic excellence is at the heart of everything we do. We believe all our instructors, team leads, counselors should have strong educational background, experience and their own unique personalities. We strongly believe that for learning to happen there needs to be a strong rapport between students and instructors.
To our staff we provide nurturing, ‘agenda free’ environment where they can look forward to pursuing their passion for teaching and in turn learn from their pupils and peers. We function as a team, discussing our pedagogy, exchanging ideas, collaborating with each other to develop new programs and curriculum and stepping in to help each other.
Our educational team members are current or retired teachers or current professionals. They have the flexibility to setup their schedule that works for them.
