To request any changes to the session:

Any changes to your schedule must be made through our office, via e-mail admin@axiostutoring.com . Tutors are not authorized to make any changes to the session.

Deadline to make changes:

Call or contact us by 2pm the day before the scheduled appointment. For sessions on Sunday and Monday, please notify by Saturday 12pm. Please see holiday exceptions below.

Late Cancellations/ No Shows are subject to full price charges.

Sessions on Holidays and Day after:

For making any changes to the sessions day after the holiday closing, we will need to be notified before the holiday.

2025 Holidays:

Easter Weekend - For sessions from April 17- April 21st, deadline is April 16th, 12pm

Mother’s Day - For sessions on May 11 - 13th, deadline is May 10th, 12pm

Memorial Day - For sessions on May 24- 27th, deadline is May 23rd, 12pm

Independence Day - For sessions from July 3rd-7th, deadline is July 2nd, 12pm

Labor Day - For sessions from Aug 30th - September 2nd, deadline is August 29th, 12pm

Thanksgiving - For sessions from November 26- December 1st, deadline is November 25th , 12pm

Christmas - For sessions from December 22-26th, deadline is December 21st, 12pm

New Year’s - For sessions from December 29-Jan 2nd, deadline is December 28th, 12pm
